All families that are part of the practice agree to be fully vaccinated by this schedule in order to be part of our practice.

Because we are a smaller practice by choice we are able to see patients more often for their well visits allowing for increased spacing of vaccines while still being in accordance with AAP recommended guidelines for vaccinations.

Our vaccine schedule is as follows:

2 Month Visit - Vaxelis, Pneumococcal, RotaTeq (oral)

4 Month Visit- Vaxelis, Pneumococcal, RotaTeq (oral)

6 Month Visit - Vaxelis, Pneumococcal, RotaTeq (oral)

12 Month Visit - MMR, Varicella

15 Month Visit - Pneumococcal, DtaP, Hib

18 Month Visit - Hep A

2 1/2 Year Visit - Hep A

3 Year Visit - MMR, Varicella

4 Year Visit - Polio, DtaP

9 Year Visit - HPV

10 Year Visit - HPV

11 Year Visit - Tdap, MCV4

16 Year Visit - MCV4
